International Space Station Nanopore MAGs

At NASA Johnson Space Center, I performed DNA extraction and long-read sequencing on dust samples returned from the International Space Station. The work included temporal microbiome evaluation with amplicon and metagenomic Nanopore sequencing and contributed to bioinformatic workflow development.
